Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given in the event of a system failure or if a ticket is canceled without cause. The refund policy of Cruxair is described in this article.
- The airline will not be able to repay tickets purchased via Cruxair.com for any returns. Refunds must be requested through Cruxair.
- Any cancellations made directly with the airline must be reported to Cruxair through e-mail or phone number to begin the refund procedure.
- The time it takes to cancel and receive a refund varies.
- The convenience charge is a non-refundable cost that applies to all cancellations and partial cancellations.
- The refund is credited to the same account as the original payment. If the user pays using a credit card, for example, the transaction will be reversed. If the user uses a debit card, the Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
- In the event of a cancellation or refund of partially used tickets, the reimbursement would be deducted from the total at the time of the reservation.
- If the user cancels his or her reservation directly with the airline, he or she must inform the Company of the relevant documentation to begin the refund process.
- It is advised that you contact the firm within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
- The costs of meals are not reimbursable.

Cancellation Policy
Cruxair.com should be contacted if a flight reservation is canceled. If the ticket can be refunded, a refund will be provided. There are no refunds available for non-refundable flights. For a low-cost airline price, your flight charge is likewise non-refundable.
Passengers will be compensated in the future only if they cancel non-refundable tickets and pay the airline charge to use the credit. Additional restrictions and conditions may apply to the purchase of aircraft tickets, depending on the airline.
Additional Fees for Rebooking a Flight
The cost of changing your flight is determined by the airline and ticket type you booked. Each airline has its own set of regulations and procedures.
You may be able to cancel your flight without charge if other options are available, however, this is not always feasible. If you don’t do your homework, you may lose out on a better deal or book your flight on the wrong airline.
Keep in mind that the cost of flying may vary depending on the ticket you purchased.
Note- There will be a $100 to $300 adjustment to airline costs. Whether it’s an international or domestic flight. Only pay this charge if the cost of your new flight is higher.
The more expensive the ticket, the better (you will need to pay change fees and the difference in price between the new and existing ticket).
You will not be refunded if the alternative ticket is less expensive (according to airline policies).
Chargebacks
A chargeback is requested when you are asked to reimburse your issuer to Cruxair to reverse your payment and disable sending. To clear the reimbursement and receive the refund, go to the travel date and purchase your order again.
